Background

Sonny is a drilling expert with more than 25 years of expertise. He is renowned for his work ethic, operational excellence maximization, financial performance delivery, jobsite readiness, and mechanical engineering expertise. In 2020, Sonny worked as the Drilling Manager at DMY Engineering in Rockville, Maryland, where he oversaw a 5-rig operation to record-breaking drilling profitability, sales, performance, and diversification of drilling capabilities. Sonny was the Ashland branch manager for Fishburne Drilling for 15 years, during which time he expanded the business from two to five drills.

The founding of SEQ Drilling, Inc. in 2020 made Sonny's ambition of owning and operating his own drilling company a reality. He is determined to assemble a top-tier drilling team that emphasizes the strengths of each member while generating productive, reliable data.
